Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Leisure oen LLC. We want you to enjoy every product you purchase from us, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Personalized or engraved wine tools

Opened or used items (e.g., wine openers, stoppers, or glassware that show wear)

Clearance or final-sale items

Gift cards

Downloadable materials or e-guides
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Items with obvious signs of use

Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned after the 30-day window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If rejected, we will provide a reason and, if applicable, suggest alternative options (e.g., exchange or store credit).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before the refund appears

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
